A website that delivers commentary on hotel-management trends has turned to TRSA for essays on hotel laundering, with President and CEO Joseph Ricci writing two articles in 2014. At least one more is expected to appear this year.
 
HotelExecutive.com published Ricci’s piece on Green Machines: The Economic and Environmental Benefits of Sustainable Laundries last May and What’s In Your Linen Closet? Best Practices for Reducing Linen Loss in November. At press time, his third submission, detailing how hotels underestimate on-premise laundry (OPL) costs and overestimate production, was slated to run in February.
