EFCA: The Debate after 100 Days

Last month we reported on President Barack Obama’s first 100 days in office and noted the practice of evaluating a president’s effectiveness or performance based on what was accomplished during that time frame. Similarly, we can hold Congress to the same standard.  But rather than weigh in on everything Congress did or didn’t do in the first 100 days, we’ll focus on what the 111th Congress did regarding he Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) or “card check.”
