Crown Linen Service recently worked with Future Polytech to bring increased efficiency to one of their manual wrap workflows. Already a Future Polytech customer for laundry films, the Crown team met with automation consultant Mark Berkey to assess their needs and provide an innovative and affordable solution.

The solution was the IMPACK Hybrid Series 60 by MaripakUSA. This servo-driven machine provided a better seal, improved efficiency, and eliminated maintenance headaches through a 3-year warranty on parts. The Hybrid 60 is incorporated in their fully automated line along with Maripak’s smart sync conveyors and bottom air-circulated Heat Tunnel.
