TRSA’s support of members in recent years through outreach to business media serving their customers typically has involved media dedicated to single industries or professions that are significant buyers. Examples include restaurants, hotels, food safety professionals and hospital environmental services and infection-prevention management. In 2019-’20, this paradigm has shifted to communicate to readers across industries responsible for keeping all types of facilities clean and those who influence or approve the purchase of linen, uniform and facility services.
