As our Six Disciplines Consulting Services team has supported clients during the challenges of the pandemic, we have advised an increased focus and sense of urgency toward caring for and communicating with employees. Through these efforts, it has been a privilege to see many leaders answer the employee-engagement call and provide tremendous support to all areas of their organizations. The positive aspect of this heightened focus on employees is that overall engagement was slightly up across our client base in 2020.
