As we launch into a new year, I can hardly believe how quickly my term as your chairman is flying by. As your elected leader, my challenge is to help ensure that the programs the association provides are not only effective, but geared to satisfy our diverse membership, which includes all of the major industry sectors from hospitality to food and beverage (F&B), healthcare and industrial/facility services.
