EPA Chief Lauds TRSA’s Collaboration on NPEs
EPA Deputy Administrator Bob Perciasepe thanked TRSA members gathered at TRSA’s recent Leadership & Legislative Conference for adhering to their voluntary schedule for phasing out nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEs) from detergents. Perciasepe, a veteran environmental administrator, cited the effort as a “remarkable accomplishment” and “a symbol of partnership” between the agency and private interests.
