EPA, TRSA Confer On PFAS, Microfiber Concerns

TRSA representatives recently met with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Science and Technology (OST) to discuss the risks and regulatory activity pertaining to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, known as PFAS, and microfibers. The U.S. EPA OST works with stakeholders to develop national economically and technologically achievable performance standards to address water pollution from industry.
