EPA, TRSA Seek Common Ground on VOCs

TRSA President & CEO Joseph Ricci and TRSA’s government relations team recently met with EPA Region 1 Administrator Curt Spalding and other members of the EPA Region 1 staff including: George Frantz—state assistance programs coordinator, Steven Rapp—chief of the air technical unit and Mary Dever—supervisor of environmental protection specialist, to continue our dialogue regarding potential Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions from the laundering of shop towels in Region 1, which takes in the New England states. This meeting was a follow-up designed to continue our conversation regarding TRSA member concerns about over enforcement.
