TRSA’s Marketing/PR Committee is giving the industry a new voice to communicate with its markets: one that’s louder, more sophisticated and better targeted in its efforts to promote the virtues of textile services. Key audiences in food and beverage (F&B), healthcare, hospitality and industrial businesses will be identified and educated. Think of this initiative in terms of a consumer product advertiser running infomercials on cable/satellite TV. While TRSA probably wouldn’t select that technique for communicating with uniform/linen customers, the association would likely pursue advertising: Internet, social media and print publication campaigns.
