Family-owned (fourth generation) Falvey Linen Supply Inc., Cranston, RI, plans to expand its operations into the Springfield, MA, market after purchasing a $7 million building in that area. It will renovate a 240,000-square-foot facility on 17 acres of land, and is currently doing its due diligence on the project, double checking the feasibility of permitting, building design and the availability of sewer and water connections. The plant is expected to bring 100 new jobs to the area.
