Changes to PFAS reporting rules

Background: The EPA has designated PFOA and PFOS as hazardous substances; expect reporting/cleanup actions.

Actions: TRSA is engaging with Congress, the EPA, state and local policymakers, coalition partners and others.

Status: Co-signed a letter voicing concern over the designation and requesting more time for public comment. We are developing a bipartisan coalition of lawmakers.
