TRSA members convened on Capitol Hill on Dec. 3, 2015, to talk to members of Congress from both parties and state their case on several issues of importance to the textile services industry, including the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Overtime Regulation Proposal and the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) Joint-Employer Ruling, among other items.
