TRSA recently hosted an webinar on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) with Eric Thompson, a consultant with the HACCP Consulting Group (HCG). Based in Fairfax, VA, the HCG helps industries such as the $20-billion linen, uniform and facility services business navigate government regulations.
Thompson spent 20 years with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), regulating the meat industry.
