As this year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on how much 2025 has asked of us—as business leaders, as service providers and as members of a global industry.

We’ve navigated an unpredictable economic landscape. Tariff uncertainty has complicated supply chains, while volatility in the stock markets has underscored the need for long-term resilience. Political shifts in both the U.S. and Canada continue to shape regulations that directly affect our industry.
