When entrepreneurs of the 1800s went to seek their fortunes, they crossed the Mississippi River and headed west. When Faultless Laundry Co. went to expand at the start of this century, the Kansas City, MO-based company headed east and found new sales in the shadow of the St. Louis Arch.
 
The eastward expansion for Faultless began modestly with a single doctor’s office in June 2001.
