Elis Acquires Belgian Clean Room Business

Elis, an international multiservice provider, offering textile, hygiene and facility services solutions, which is active in Europe and Latin America, recently announced the acquisition of Scaldis, one of Europe’s leaders in the cleanroom market (workwear for clients with specific textile needs: medical-pharmaceutical, microelectronic, aerospace). This acquisition—completed on March 1—includes two sites: the main operation in Péruwelz, Belgium; and a secondary site near Lyon in France.
