JSG Optimistic Despite H1 Revenue Slip to £99 million
Workwear and textile firm Johnson Service Group (JSG) recently announced that its first half (H1) revenue fell to £99.6 million vs. £114 million during the same period last year. Also, its first half pre-tax losses were £14 million, vs. £18.6 in H1 of 2020. “During the first half, we have experienced a consistently robust performance from our workwear business and a notable return of demand in HORECA (hotel, restaurant and catering), particularly driven by the ‘staycation’ activity in early summer,” said CEO, Peter Egan Johnson.
