The Los Angeles Basin, one of the most densely populated areas in the Western Hemisphere, has struggled with water issues for as long as humans have lived there. It’s not surprising then, that Los Angeles County has moved forward on water conservation at a rate faster than many U.S. metro areas. The region’s utilities have been instrumental in this effort.
