‘Green’ Marketing Claims Draw FTC Scrutiny

There is no doubt that the textile service industry and other businesses are turning “green” in their efforts to preserve and help clean up the environment. 
 
In response, the federal government is turning to regulation to determine just what that term green implies in this context and what legal parameters should guide its use in marketing and advertising materials.
