Green Paradox Compliance, Stewardship Aren’t Always Compatible
In 2001, Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply Inc. initiated a plant upgrade and modernization program at its Sunbury, PA, facility. As a charter member of LaundryESP¤, the company’s efforts met many of the goals of that voluntary environmental stewardship program, which has the endorsement of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
