Route service reps (RSRs) in the textile services industry are famous for going the extra mile for customers. Need extra napkins for a weekend evening or holiday? They’ll get them for you. Joe got his uniform pants with a 30-inch waist, when he normally wears a 42? A good RSR will get him the right trousers, right now.  For some RSRs though, running a route means more than providing a service—it means marketing an image as well.
