Hotel Execs Foresee Growth in Low-Tax States & Near Data Centers

Hotel development momentum is returning as construction costs ease and interest rates begin to stabilize, according to CoStar News, an online trade publication. In a panel at The Lodging Conference, executives from Hilton, Wyndham, Hyatt, IHG and Choice cited growth near data centers and energy infrastructure. Prospects also are positive in low-tax states such as Texas and Florida. Choice also reported strong gains in Canada.
