Linen. It’s an age-old dilemma for hotel operators. You can run your own on-premise laundry (OPL) with the attendant headaches, including labor, space requirements, machinery/chemical investments, buying/maintaining sheets and towels, etc.
The alternative is either buying linens and farming out the laundering, or third, hiring a linen supplier to manage the process—with the hotelier’s input of course.
