HR Survey Shows Scant Opioid Impact
TRSA’s Human Resources Committee recently released the results of its 2018 survey on drug-testing policies, procedures and legislative impact.
This summary is based on information provided by 37 TRSA member operators who completed a 17-question survey distributed by the committee. All respondents already have a written drug policy in place.
Eighty-four percent of those surveyed said that their written policy applies to all employees, while 16% said this rule applies only to “driving” positions.
