Superior Linen Service recently partnered with Future Polytech to implement one of the newest automation solutions for end of the line packaging. The goal was to increase productivity while reducing costs, and Rennco provided the automation solution to meet the customer needs.

A recent innovative design of Rennco’s ProPick Dual Bagger has increased production from 6800 bar towels per hour to 18,000-20,000 towels per hour while reducing staffing from 6 to 3. Productivity has increased 300%. The new machine design is based on specific feedback from the linens and laundry industry and was displayed at the 2022 Clean Show.
