By now, everyone should be aware of the changes to TRSA’s committee structure that the Board of Directors recently approved. This revamped setup will require our environmental group to develop a new mission. From now on, our program will be under the Government Affairs Committee. We have a new name: the Environmental Leadership Council (ELC). The ELC will report to the chairman of the Government Affairs Committee. The ELC’s functions will remain the same as the previous Environmental Committee.
