Some 200 members gathered at TRSA’s Joint Committee Annual Meeting (JCAM) last month in Salt Lake City to consider a wide range of challenges and opportunities facing the textile service industry. The association and its approach to helping members also was on the table as members sought continuous improvement in the organization and its structures, including the committee system.
