Jerry McMillan (1920-1974) was an inventor and innovator. When he was founding Colmac Industries Inc. 50 years ago, it probably never occurred to him that the modifications he was making to existing technology would plant the seeds of an enduring legacy. A half-century later, the fruits of his pioneering efforts are represented by a successful third-generation company with a diverse, global customer base in the industrial laundry industry and beyond.
