How did you get into this industry and how many years they have been in it?

I found this industry by luck. I had previously worked in manufacturing and was looking to expand my skill set. I feel blessed to have landed where I am today!

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

I find it most rewarding when engaging with front-line employees. I enjoy collaborating to find collective success for the individual and team in meeting goals.
