As many TRSA members are aware, 2004 marked the completion of the initial phase of the TRSA/UTSA Laundry Environmental Steward-ship Program, known as LaundryESP¤. The textile rental services industry successfully fulfilled its 1999 pledge to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to establish a voluntary environmental stewardship program that would improve the industry’s environmental-protection and resource-conservation performance.
