For the more than 160 TRSA members who turned out for the Aug. 16-18 Leadership Conference at the Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans, the evening receptions held on Aug. 16 and 17 gave attendees a chance to relax and catch up with friends and colleagues at the end of two eventful days. The first was a welcome reception as attendees gathered in the ‘Big Easy.’ The second came at the end of a long day of meetings focused on the industry’s future.
