Editor’s note: The Secret Ballot Protection Act would guarantee the right of every American worker to a secret-ballot vote by making it an unfair labor practice for employers to recognize a labor organization was not selected by a majority of its employees through a secret-ballot election conducted and overseen by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
