K-Bro Expands with U.K. Acquisition

K-Bro Linen Inc., Edmonton, AB, Canada, recently signed an agreement to acquire the United Kingdom (UK)-based Star Mayan Limited for approximately C$199 million ($145 million U.S.). The acquisition adds Synergy, Grosvenor, and AeroServe to K-Bro’s operations, creating a top-three national platform in the £1.6 billion ($2.19 billion U.S.) UK commercial laundry market.
