A typical commercial laundry uses thousands of gallons of water every day. In some cases, as much as 70% of it is hot, consuming millions of Btu’s worth of energy every hour. The ultimate goal is to make sure as many of those Btu bought from the gas company and brought into the building and run through your gas-fired appliances end up as usable energy.
