Luxury Hotels Open Their Doors to Pets
As travel style, trends and culture have shifted, high-end hotels, resorts and private rental estates are moving toward pet-friendly policies and amenities, including in some cases “bedding for furry friends.” A 2024 study indicated that more than 40% of U.S. millennial and Gen X travelers want to bring their pets on vacation and trips. Luxury stays such as Hotel Chelsea, New York; and the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, CA, have already started offering accommodations and experience packages that welcome pets.
