In the shadow of the U.S. Capitol building, nearly three dozen TRSA members and staff prepare to embark on a daylong mission. There is nervous anticipation among some, quiet confidence by others, but all share the common motivation of raising the industry’s profile—and issues of concern—with Members of Congress.
