Bellisio Foods Inc., America’s third-largest manufacturer/distributor of single-serve frozen entrees, recently announced its acquisition by CPF, or Charoen Pokphand Foods, a Bangkok-based company, according to a news release. 
 
The $1.075 billion transaction was expected to close in December 2016. The acquisition reflects CPF’s vision as a “Kitchen of the World.”
