One of the keys for our recruiting success was to streamline and accelerate the decision-making process. Without this step, we found that the strong candidates were accepting jobs with other companies while we were still evaluating them and coordinating additional interviews. From a retention standpoint, we’ve resumed our annual engagement survey after which we act depending on that feedback.
