Members Authorize Bylaw Changes
TRSA members recently approved two changes to the association’s bylaws in voting held earlier this summer. The first change extends the term of the Immediate Past Chairman from one to two years, and the second allows for electronic voting on association business.
The TRSA Board of Directors unanimously approved the bylaw amendments at its April 11 meeting in Bonita Springs, FL. The association’s bylaws say that the rules governing TRSA may change following a three-fourths vote of the Board, and a ratification vote by two-thirds of voting members.
