Millennials: A Misunderstood & Mislabeled Cohort

Millennials (born 1981–1996) are firmly entrenched in the workforce. They represented 35% of the total U.S. workforce in 2016, according to the Pew Research Center. Their percentage of the labor force will continue to grow as baby boomers and Gen Xers exit the workforce.
