TRSA’s recent Maintenance Management Institute (MMI) in Dallas drew 48 engineers, maintenance managers, plant managers and management executives to address a range of maintenance management and troubleshooting issues involving plant and equipment.
 
The yearly program, held on Nov). 4–6, 2015, at the Embassy Suites, also addressed a number of safety issues as a key element of MMI. Other issues discussed included budgeting, technology, human resources, communication, documentation and recruiting/staffing.
