Mountain State Marvel— HandCraft’s Focus on Quality and Teamwork

During a tour of the new HandCraft plant in Martinsburg, WV, we noticed a floor-to-ceiling wall separating the clean and soil sides of the facility. The plant’s Hygienically Clean certification doesn’t require walled separation if there is negative airflow from clean to soil. When we asked HandCraft COO Joe McKeown why they built a wall anyway, he answers that “We just think it’s the right thing to do.”
