The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) final rule on Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) took effect on Feb. 16, 2016. This rule will require most commercial laundry drivers that presently complete paper logs to switch to a compliant ELD by Dec. 18.
