Many, if not all, of the textile services operators that I have had the pleasure of getting to know are proud of their facilities. They offer opportunities for clients and even competitors to tour the facilities. While letting these groups see plants is a good way for the industry to evolve, there also are opportunities to show off your plant to someone who has a direct impact on the way you run your business—elected officials.
