Karl Fillip, a CEO emeritus but still-active adviser to NOVO Health Services, credits the company’s recent growth to its focus on expanding the idea of “laundry outsourcing” to include not just processing, pickup and delivery of linens and garments, but working extensively inside hospital customers’ facilities to provide a comprehensive service that lets healthcare professionals concentrate on patient care, while NOVO manages their textile needs.
