“I’ve just enjoyed it here.” That’s how Jessie Coffin, 89, describes why she’s still coming to work at California Linen, Pasadena, CA, after dedicating more than seven decades to a single employer. 
 
We interviewed Coffin on a recent visit to the Golden State. Our goal was to learn (and share) insights on employee retention/longevity. We got that and a whole lot more.
