Plan to Survive: Faversham Fire Response
In late June, Textile Services Weekly reported on a fire that destroyed Faversham Linen Services in Faversham, England. Prior to the fire, Faversham was processing more than 336,000 lbs. of hospitality and food and beverage linens per week, including hotel sheets, duvet covers, towels and table linen. The plant was rendered useless and the client base was without any guaranteed linen supply when the disaster struck.
