As most employers know, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) recently adopted a rule that requires employers to post notices in the workplace describing for employees their rights to organize a union, engage in collective bargaining, conduct other forms of concerted activity (such as strikes and work stoppages) and to raise work-related complaints directly with their employer, or with a government agency.
