Among the many opportunities that TRSA offers our members for collaboration on nonproprietary issues, few if any can compare to the association’s role in promoting incident prevention. Results recently announced in the 2023 TRSA Safety Report make this point crystal clear. For example, the survey notes that:

• TRSA member survey respondents lowered their Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) by 29% from 2018-’22. Across the linen, uniform and facility services industry, the TRIR rate in that period fell by 23.1%.
